Payment Options

Online payments can be made via this website using credit cards 24 hours a day. 

Payments accepted: Visa, Master Card, or Amex credit cards.

You may also place an order via DM on Instagram @cobamae

You can choose to make a payment using Venmo or Paypal by scanning:

 

 

Sales Tax

All New York State purchases will be charged the mandatory 8.875% state sales tax.

 Shipping

Purchases made via website include shipping, with USPS option selected by default. You may request a different shipping option by contacting info@cobamae.us.

Purchases made via Venmo or Paypal will be sent via USPS priority mail with package tracking, unless you specify otherwise.

Order Tracking: 

Orders shipped from Cobamae.us are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail. For your security, all orders are shipped with Order Tracking. When you order from Cobamae.us, you should receive a follow-up email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can search this tracking number under “Track & Confirm” at www.USPS.com. This is for delivery confirmation only and might not show progress of your package. Information, if available, is updated every evening.

Please Note:
 USPS does not always update tracking information daily. Sometimes the information provided by this website may not be current. However, USPS does always confirm delivery. If your item shows “delivered” on the USPS website and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local post office for packages sent through USPS and UPS Customer Care Services for packages sent through UPS immediately.
