Return or Exchange Policy

Since each Cobamae piece is unique, exchanges are not possible.

Returns of unworn jewelry are accepted within 7 business days after receipt of purchase and must be sent along with the original receipt.

Repair requests on merchandise are accepted within 14 business days of receipt of purchase, by emailing info@cobamae.us, or via direct messaging on Instagram [@Cobamae]. Requests should show the photo of the original receipt.

Unfortunately, no refund on your original shipping fee can be made. The return shipping fee is also your responsibility. To ensure your package arrives accordingly, choose shipping methods that offer tracking.
